The zipper runs along the center of the front, and the CPM version has two cover panels with adhesive strips. The CLF version has hook-and-loop fasteners instead of tape, which makes it suitable for limited use. There is also a cover panel in the throat area to help seal off the suit. The SPC 4800 is a one-piece protective suit that offers advanced protection. It is equipped with a unique face cuff that is also built into the gas-tight CPS. The face cuff is soft, flexible, and easy to handle and wear. The SPC 4800 also has liquid-tight bonded seams, permanently integrated gloves, socks with cuffs, and a zip on the back. This makes it easy to put on and take off, and it eliminates the need to waste time taping up the suit. The SPC 4800 is designed for use with full-face masks in combination with a compressed air breathing apparatus, an air purifying respirator, or a compressed air hose device.

The SPC 4900 is a full-body protective suit that offers total protection for workers and their equipment. It is similar to the SPC 4800 in that it has permanently integrated gloves, socks in the back. However, the SPC 4900 has an extra-large hood with a visor instead of a hood with face cuff. The SPC 4900 is used with a full-face mask in combination with a compressed air breathing apparatus. The compressed air breathing apparatus is worn underneath the suit, which helps to protect all the equipment from contamination.
